3Dconnexion has a 14 days return policy
(14 days from the date the customer received the item).

3Dconnexion does not accept returns if the product was not purchased directly from 3Dconnexion.

  • You can cancel your order, without providing any explanation, by written notice to order_eu(at)3dx.com
    or by sending back the goods to us within 14 days.

  • We recommend shipping the items via UPS so the shipment can be tracked.
